Why I joined BMW Finance comes down to two main reasons - personal and professional. Having just immigrated to Australia and leaving my family behind, I found the people within the organisation refreshing, diverse and intriguing which was a prerequisite as this would become my home away from home.

I was told by Management to dream big, be persistent and never give up. I was lucky enough to expand my knowledge by moving into various areas of the company such as Settlements and Acceptance before taking up my current role as the BMW Insurance Manager.


RSC Settlements Manager


Manages teams that are tasked with settling all retail finance applications for Regional Service Centre markets as well as ensuring that best in class service is provided to the dealer network.

Joining in 2006, I explored different avenues within finance until entering the Settlements Team and eventually becoming the Regional Services Centre Settlements Manager in 2014.

Working with great people is what I enjoy most!  It is a culture of learning, developing, taking risks, sharing recognition for success and having fun along the way.  We are a real team environment.

Assistant Accountant


Provides support to the Accounting & Taxation Manager with General ledger reconciliations and Taxation.

I joined BMW in April 2011 as Accounts Receivable Officer within the Finance Team. Through gaining experience and persistence I was able to progress into the position of Accounts Officer until settling into my current role as Assistant Accountant.

The highlight of my career thus far has been returning from maternity leave and finding that I was able to easily jump straight back into my role as though I had never left, this was such a relief as it was a very daunting step to take.

Every day presents itself with new challenges and I am able to utilise my analytical skills on a daily basis.




Marketing Coordinator


Plays a critical role in the delivery of marketing projects and activities for BMW Financial Services brands, including BMW, MINI, Motorrad, Alphabet and Alphera Financial Services.

BMW Financial Services provided me a more holistic view of BMW as a Group. After spending my first two years with BMW Australia and learning about the amazing cars, I decided that I really wanted to learn more about Finance and Insurance. I then joined the Financial Services Team in July 2013 as Campaign Co-ordinator.

Being heavily involved in the development of the Ideserveanewbmw and mynewmini websites was also a really enjoyable and rewarding time in my role.

The people and the culture make coming into work so enjoyable. We have a wonderful team in Sales and Marketing, where everyone is friendly, open and honest.

As a 23 year old looking to kick start my career, BMW was the perfect place to start.

I joined in 2009 as an Applications developer, following this I moved into the Regional Singapore Office for COFIS in such roles as; Technical systems analyst, COFIS I.T project management, Business Analyst and finally my current role as Asia Pacific Demand Manager.

The ability to travel to numerous markets such as Japan, Singapore, Russia, Germany and many others, gives you the opportunity to not only work with new people but also to experience various cultures.
