Daleney Yasir

Manages teams that are tasked with settling all retail finance applications for Regional Service Centre markets as well as ensuring that best in class service is provided to the dealer network.

"There are always new challenges presenting themselves which is exciting, because every challenge comes with success and learning opportunities."

Joining in 2006, I explored different avenues within finance until entering the Settlements Team and eventually becoming the Regional Services Centre Settlements Manager in 2014.

Working with great people is what I enjoy most!  It is a culture of learning, developing, taking risks, sharing recognition for success and having fun along the way.  We are a real team environment.

If you value personal development in a constantly evolving environment that will push your boundaries whilst being a part of a great working culture – this is really the place to be.  The cars aren’t too bad either...

Delray Williams

BMW Insurance Manager

Maximises penetration, sales and income of the BMW Insurance branded range of products through the BMW dealer network and internal sales channel.

"There are numerous opportunities to grow, develop and take on new challenges within the organisation. The world is your oyster when you work at BMW Financial Services."

Why I joined BMW Finance comes down to two main reasons - personal and professional. Having just immigrated to Australia and leaving my family behind, I found the people within the organisation refreshing, diverse and intriguing which was a prerequisite as this would become my home away from home.

I was told by Management to dream big, be persistent and never give up. I was lucky enough to expand my knowledge by moving into various areas of the company such as Settlements and Acceptance before taking up my current role as the BMW Insurance Manager.

Dina Nassrallah

Assistant Accountant

Provides support to the Accounting & Taxation Manager with General ledger reconciliations and Taxation.

"For my department numbers speak louder than words and finding those numbers that tell the BMW Finance story is my passion."

I joined BMW in April 2011 as Accounts Receivable Officer within the Finance Team. Through gaining experience and persistence I was able to progress into the position of Accounts Officer until settling into my current role as Assistant Accountant.

The highlight of my career thus far has been returning from maternity leave and finding that I was able to easily jump straight back into my role as though I had never left, this was such a relief as it was a very daunting step to take.

Every day presents itself with new challenges and I am able to utilise my analytical skills on a daily basis.

Matthew Newman

Head of Alphera

Formulates and drives the Alphera strategy to allow continued profitable growth and to enable a bespoke experience for our select group of dealers and brokers.

"At BMW we don’t just deal in numbers and contracts, we provide customers the chance to fulfil their motoring dreams."

BMW Financial Services provided me the  opportunity to grow from a junior position to being part of the Leadership Team.

As a 24 year old I wanted to be a part of an inspirational brand that was going places and doing unique and innovative things. Getting to manage a team in Beijing for 3 years is definitely my career highlight thus far.

The organisation places the customer at the heart of all we do and it is motivating to continually push the boundaries in innovation and service standards.

Despite the fact BMW Financial Services is a global organisation; it feels like working as part of a family.

Melanie Kenyon-Smith

Marketing Coordinator

Plays a critical role in the delivery of marketing projects and activities for BMW Financial Services brands, including BMW, MINI, Motorrad, Alphabet and Alphera Financial Services.

"I enjoy seeing marketing ideas and concepts come to life."

BMW Financial Services provided me a more holistic view of BMW as a Group. After spending my first two years with BMW Australia and learning about the amazing cars, I decided that I really wanted to learn more about Finance and Insurance. I then joined the Financial Services Team in July 2013 as Campaign Co-ordinator.

Being heavily involved in the development of the Ideserveanewbmw and mynewmini websites was also a really enjoyable and rewarding time in my role.

The people and the culture make coming into work so enjoyable. We have a wonderful team in Sales and Marketing, where everyone is friendly, open and honest.

As a 23 year old looking to kick start my career, BMW was the perfect place to start.

I joined in 2009 as an Applications developer, following this I moved into the Regional Singapore Office for COFIS in such roles as; Technical systems analyst, COFIS I.T project management, Business Analyst and finally my current role as Asia Pacific Demand Manager.

The ability to travel to numerous markets such as Japan, Singapore, Russia, Germany and many others, gives you the opportunity to not only work with new people but also to experience various cultures.

"Our company’s range products set a benchmark for quality, innovation and excellence worldwide. Our attitude to business and the work environment reflect this benchmark while also incorporating fun in our day to day roles."

I have loved BMW for as long as I can remember, so when the opportunity to work for the company came up, I was very excited.

I started in a relatively humble role and through hard work and enthusiasm I moved up in the company to a role with considerable responsibility.

I have been lucky enough to explore many different roles within Financial Services WHICH contributed to my progression into becoming a Premium Funding Account Manager.

My role allows me to travel around the country developing relationships with our network, and helping our partners grow their businesses.
