The Aftersales Manager plays a key role within the BMW dealership with responsibility for the strategic planning and development of Service, Parts, Accessories and Lifestyle Departments to ensure ongoing profitability. Vital to your success is experience in analyzing key performance indicators for areas of strength and weakness, and developing these insights to guide your activities and planning. Primarily your focus will be on activities within the dealership looking for ways to maximise profitability. Working at a senior leadership level you will be an excellent communicator with the ability to influence your peers and develop and lead the performance of a strong and cohesive team. In return we offer ongoing training, an attractive base salary and commission structure as well as a great range of benefits.
